Terms of Service
A clear agreement for moving forward.
These terms govern your use of Path, a personal planning and assistant workspace operated by Bergen.icu. By creating an account or using Path, you agree to these terms.
Effective and last updated: 27 September 2026
Your projects and plans remain yours; you grant only the access needed to operate Path.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions and applied changes.
Third-party integrations are enabled and revocable by you.
1. The service
Path helps users brainstorm, organise projects, build roadmaps, manage tasks, track orders and shipments, and connect selected third-party services. Features may change as the product develops. Path is not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not create accounts through automated or deceptive means.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Bergen.icu a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Path service and provide features you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
4. AI-assisted features
AI responses, research, summaries, and proposed changes may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review important output before relying on or applying it. Path may let you select different approval modes, but you remain responsible for permissions you grant, changes you approve, and external actions you take. You must supply your own supported AI-provider credentials where required and remain responsible for provider fees and terms.
5. Connected services
Optional integrations, including Google and Microsoft mail, operate only after you authorise them. Their own terms also apply. You may disconnect a provider at any time. Path is not responsible for third-party availability, content, policy changes, or actions outside Path’s control.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Path, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, access another person’s data without authorisation, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, use the service unlawfully, or use integrations to perform deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
7. Availability and changes
Path is currently an evolving service. We aim for dependable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice when a material change significantly affects active users where practical.
8. Fees
Path may currently offer features without a Path subscription, but third-party providers may charge you directly. If paid Path features are introduced, pricing and applicable terms will be shown before purchase. No fee is charged without your explicit agreement.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Path is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties beyond mandatory consumer rights. Bergen.icu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Path. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Ending use
You may stop using Path and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, security threats, legal requirements, or discontinued operation. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us at [email protected]. Consumers in Sweden may also contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden where applicable.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Path changes. Material updates will be communicated in the service or by email and will apply from the stated effective date. Continuing to use Path after that date means accepting the updated terms.
